Its important to focus on our strengths as a person as opposed to dwelling on our weakness in order to be happy with ourselves. when we consume ourselves with what is wrong with us it immobilizes us . we think we don't make the grade or aren't enough we filled with sadness and depression . Its recommended to you to laugh at your weaknesses instead of cry about them .more important to focus on those parts of you that are strong and capable . Keep in mind that no one is perfect even they are perceived to be.
